21.07.2024. sam imao rezervisan let Paris (CDG) - Dubrovnik .
(Broj leta OU477). Obzirom da putujem jako cesto, vrlo sam upoznat sa svim pravilima putovanja, takodje i sa mojim pravima, tako da vrlo dobro znam kada su ista povrijedjena. Naime, gejt za ukrcavanje je bio D50, te sam se pri dolasku na aerodrom odmah uputio ka istom. Check- in sam obavio online.
Po dolasku na gate D50, dobio sam zvanican email od vase avio kompanije da se gate za moj let promijenio, te da se uputim na D52, kao i da ce let kasniti. (Poslacu vam screenshoot maila). Nakon primljenog maila, odmah sam se uputio na D52 da sacekam ukrcavanje. Dosao sam tamo i cekao da krene ukrcavanje, medjutim do toga nije doslo.
Vratio sam se na prvobitan gate (D50) gdje su mi rekli da avion svakog trenutka treba da krene i da nazalost ne mogu da udjem u avion. Nakon sto sam im pokazao email koji ste mi poslali (da je gate promijenjen iako je avion krenuo sa starog gatea a vi me o tome niste obavijestili) rekli su mi da ne mogu nista da urade povodom toga jer greska nije do njih vec do vase aviokompanije. (Sto i ja sam zakljucujem).
Ovim putem zelim da ulozim zalbu i zahtijevam novcanu nadoknadu, jer ne samo da nisam mogao da se ukrcam (zbog vase greske), vec sam morao da kupim i drugu kartu ciji je iznos 470. O pretrpljenom stresu i o odlaganju mojih privatnih obaveza zbog vase greske bolje da ne govorim.
Nadam se da cete vrlo ozbiljno i profesionalno postupiti povodom ove situacije, u suprotnom bicu primoran da kontaktiram svoj pravni tim koji ce dalje voditi ovaj postupak. Ocekujem Vaš odgovor.

I am at gate 16 in Zagreb airport and my flight to Sarajevo is delayed, should have departed at 22:00h but there is no information about the new departure time until 22:35. Bad service.
Preferred solution: For the future should give some information about the reason of such delas and expected time for new departure.

I'm trying to change my reservation and they don't answer me. They make me look like a fool. I paid top dollar for my tickets.

- - Flight OU366 Zagreb–Skopje on Feb 28 canceled 20 min before departure; no explanation.
- - Refund requested; processing for four Skopje meetings (VGE6R9).
On February 28,2024 my flight with number OU366 (Zagreb to Skopje)(confirmation number VGE6R9)was cancelled.
Due to this I was forced to cancel 4 meetings in Skopje on February 29.
Only 20 minutes before departure I was informed by Croatia Airlines that the flight is cancelled without any explanation.
Based of this facts.am expecting refunding from your side.
Please let me know how do you intend to do it.
