My app is not working

Very frustrated that Crisp&Green keeps making customers update or change something on their app to get the reward points they earn. This problem happened several months ago and just now when I went to get my salad.
The app makes you put in a phone number and then wont accept it. I have quite a few reward points and now I cant not only add more, but Im at risk of losing the ones I already have. Their customer service also will not answer calls.
It immediately hangs up. Whats going on?
