You shut me off. For not haveing the money in my account.

Of course not. My bill is due on yhe 28. Not the 27. That's when my SSI gets deposited.

Then you just shut me off. This is not the first time you have done this.

Ita a 2ay for you to steal more money from your customers.

If I don't receive a phone call in the next hour. My next call Is to the Better business bureau.

Waited on hold over 3 hour 3 different times and 1 hang up. Question is why do you take money from my account the day before its due?

3 different times you have done this in the last 6 months. Suppose to be on that $55 a month and due on the 28. But you always try on the 27.

Why?? It's your way to make back that 5 dollars a month im saving.

My bill is due on the 28. Of each month.

You Try to take it on the 27. I'm on SSI. And it don't get there until the 28. Why do you do this.

Then just shut me off. Another way for you to scam more money. I can't call you. And I feel like money is there the day it's due.

And you try and take it the day before. WHY?
