Someone has opened up an account using my name and details need to put a stop on this
- - • Scam call pretended to be Amazon; £4000 attempted to leave my accounts; they used my details to open an account; please close it and return funds.
Someone rang rang me this morning from a phone number that came up with amazon, they knew all my details and where trying to stop £4000 coming out.of my two accounts they then took my details to open up an account with yourselves under my name and information. Transferred money from my bank account to yours. I would like this account to be closed ASAP and money returned.
Preferred solution: Bank account in my name which I did not open to be closed ASAP and money returned

- - They used an Amazon account and took phone; they knew address and bank details.
Someone has emptied my bank account and opened up a new one with yourselves under my name and details complete scam. They used my amazon account to do this and took over my phone etc.
Don't know how they have done it.
They knew my address bank details everything. Also might of used a fake passport photo as it is mine.
