Was surprised that crew car wash no longer accepts cash. Very unacceptable and un-American.

Just got my final car wash there today. Very disappointing seeing as how Ive been a customer for years. Wont be returning until the policy is corrected. I will be also notifying my friends and family to do the same.

The corporate *** who approved this should be terminated. Goodbye crew car wash.

Poor wash because did not use mop on Fri t hood to get off dead bugs before higher price wash and wax

I have already spent 2 plus hrs and u keep asking me to repeat my reports and then zi still do not hear- bottom line - went for 29.00 wash with premium wax because my car not washed this summer because of rain risks and my injury - went to go thru- girl did not take mop and wipe my front bumper- I then tried to wave at her- she did not look- had walked away. Car with premium wax came out with bugs still in the front- immediately told make who sold me the wax Orem the prob and he said u do not clean front off unless customers ask- no sign said that and I could not get girl attention. Said still had bugs in front bumper and he said they do not do that anymore

Want my poor car wash redone - did not scrape bugs off the front, and they are still there, and I even bought a higher grade wash. Went back to ask them to let me go through, as they had not done it and the bugs were still on it.

They said they could not do that.

So called Cloe. She is conveying my concern for someone to reach out within 24 hours - so it is as yet NOT RESOLVED.

Preferred solution: I want my auto redone. Dead bugs still on it - I am age 74 but regardless of my age to do it if you are wanting to provide a good quality wash and wax then wipe dead bugs off people’s cars without their asking.

User's recommendation: Not customers but to moment and workers- prompt them to ask customers if they need the front of their car hood cleaned off especially if wax cannot adhere if it is sprayed on top of dead bugs.

( this was Saturday June 8th). I posted on Facebook, no one seems to care!$) Ive been a crew car wash customer a long time !

I live in Lafayette so I go to your location on Troxel drive and The one on State Rd 26. I just left the Troxel Drive location. Im an unlimited club member! Ive spent a lot of money to be one.

I forgot the Troxel drive location only has one lane for the unlimited members, unlike the state rd 26 location. I proceeded to the middle lane as the car in the far right lane was talking and this location is notorious for letting people block this lane who are not prepaid customers. The gate went up and I proceeded. ( Im forgetting this location only has one gate for unlimited members.

A young lady runs after me , like Ive stolen a car wash. I pay over 42.00 a month! I continued to go and the manager rudely stops me at tells me to lose my attitude! Wow you talk to your customers like that ?!

Yes, its my fault I forgot for you only have one gate for unlimited members at this location. Your company made 72.0 million last year, from customers like me! You should not allow for one lane for unlimited members, and for it to get blocked for unprepared customers. I pay ahead of time.

You also not allow your managers to speak to people like that. I have a plethora of experience and can teach him how to treat people. Although, Im apparently not worthy enough to work for your company. I also at times, get special pricing on the unlimited club, but it always turns out to be more than they tell me.

Ive called the location 4 times, while typing this. The phone rings busy, apparently they take it off the hook. I wanted to apologize for forgetting there is only one lane for us. I do not appreciate being told to lose my attitude from the manager.

He has the attitude. Dont let customers that arent members block the one lane. That was the worst experience ever! I should get an apology.

Answer the phone too. Do better! I pay more than I was supposed to for the ultimate unlimited. I guess your managers can talk to people however they want!

I pay to not have to wait. I dont live far and wanted to get home to my dogs.

LOL....IF you think you need an attorney, why not just do it and get the ball rolling? I don't think this place will go out of business just because a few loons in KooKomo claim damage.

They dismissed my claim without further investigation. They told me to file a claim with my insurance.

I went through Crew Carwash as usual only to find out that their carwash had damaged my vehicle. It scratched the entire side of my vehicle.

I of course reported this to the carwash manager and we filed a report with Crew corporate. I got a response from them, that they have determined through their review of the situation that they didn't cause the damage... without even looking at the vehicle. They made the decision without full due diligence into the situation and merely dismissed my claim with an e-mail.

Now mind you, I just bought the car in September and I know that the damage wasn't on my vehicle when I bought it, but they at crew said that many times when a car is clean that scratches show up. I keep my car extremely clean and hand wipe it down 3-7 times a week, so I know my car...

we will see what they respond to my next e-mail... I will keep you posted.

Supposed company policy /character of employee following said policy
