( this was Saturday June 8th). I posted on Facebook, no one seems to care!$) Ive been a crew car wash customer a long time !
I live in Lafayette so I go to your location on Troxel drive and The one on State Rd 26. I just left the Troxel Drive location. Im an unlimited club member! Ive spent a lot of money to be one.
I forgot the Troxel drive location only has one lane for the unlimited members, unlike the state rd 26 location. I proceeded to the middle lane as the car in the far right lane was talking and this location is notorious for letting people block this lane who are not prepaid customers. The gate went up and I proceeded. ( Im forgetting this location only has one gate for unlimited members.
A young lady runs after me , like Ive stolen a car wash. I pay over 42.00 a month! I continued to go and the manager rudely stops me at tells me to lose my attitude! Wow you talk to your customers like that ?!
Yes, its my fault I forgot for you only have one gate for unlimited members at this location. Your company made 72.0 million last year, from customers like me! You should not allow for one lane for unlimited members, and for it to get blocked for unprepared customers. I pay ahead of time.
You also not allow your managers to speak to people like that. I have a plethora of experience and can teach him how to treat people. Although, Im apparently not worthy enough to work for your company. I also at times, get special pricing on the unlimited club, but it always turns out to be more than they tell me.
Ive called the location 4 times, while typing this. The phone rings busy, apparently they take it off the hook. I wanted to apologize for forgetting there is only one lane for us. I do not appreciate being told to lose my attitude from the manager.
He has the attitude. Dont let customers that arent members block the one lane. That was the worst experience ever! I should get an apology.
Answer the phone too. Do better! I pay more than I was supposed to for the ultimate unlimited. I guess your managers can talk to people however they want!
I pay to not have to wait. I dont live far and wanted to get home to my dogs.

Verified Buyer |You hire kids and they won’t do their job. When you try to show them what’s going on they don’t wanna hear it because they know too much.
I went through the car wash twice and it's still dirty. I told the kid to spray the bed and he just put the one back down and let me go through the car wash without spraying the bed. I'm not here to play games and go through the car wash 100 times to

I didnt get reimbursed. I paid for a 11$ wash she told me about the 22$ special after the fact.
I paid the 22 she said the 11$ will go back on my card it did not. She was unsure very nervous kept saying idk, very untrained.
My money was deducted again
After requesting cancellation, my money was deducted again. Kindly stop deducting my money.

Cracked windshield
I am considering contacting an attorney on Monday and suing for damages. Others have contacted me on fb and it happened to their vehicles. It seems your company should pay their claims before they become another abandoned business due to bankruptcy.

Verified Reviewer |Damage caused by carwash
They dismissed my claim without further investigation. They told me to file a claim with my insurance.
I of course reported this to the carwash manager and we filed a report with Crew corporate. I got a response from them, that they have determined through their review of the situation that they didn't cause the damage... without even looking at the vehicle. They made the decision without full due diligence into the situation and merely dismissed my claim with an e-mail.
Now mind you, I just bought the car in September and I know that the damage wasn't on my vehicle when I bought it, but they at crew said that many times when a car is clean that scratches show up. I keep my car extremely clean and hand wipe it down 3-7 times a week, so I know my car...
we will see what they respond to my next e-mail... I will keep you posted.

Preferred solution: to have the scratches caused by their carwash repaired on my car.
Problem with my account
I have no issues with crew car wash they were not at fault but the problem that I was having with my account it was actually the bank. Ive been a loyal customer with crew car wash for almost 12 years now and will continue to be.

Supposed company policy /character of employee following said policy
Employee was concerned of a ratchet strap that was visibly in use in the bed of my truck. Kudos to him for looking out for all scenarios of negative possibilities while going through the car wash.
it was the actions of your employee that made me raise an eyebrow as he proceeded to handle the situation. Without saying s word he reached into the bed of my truck. Not that big of a deal EXCEPT he was wearing his keypad controller around his waist! Should I go on and add the fact that he never gained my attention to the possible problem..
This could have been handled in a professional yet personal way He stated it is company policy not to enter the bed compartment of a vehicle. I guess all am saying is the young man should have never reached into my truck and politly asked me to take a look at the ntegrity of Said stra practice
