Don't bother filling out a credit application and walking through financing because these days its not enough to leave Crest Cadillac Frisco with the car you want. According to Tony Brown, "our cars are for sale." no ***....Yes, I frequent car dealerships after working 12hrs to test drive a car at Crest Cadillac just to waste their salesmen's time for free and the *** of it.

Tony could not pull off the charade by himself. The finance manager Ramin carried on the the *** when Tony was not available.

Claiming he would submit the documents and contact me.

Sold Truck to Crest Cadillac in Plano Texas June 10th, cant get paid now as of June 16th

Sold my 2012 GMC Sierra on June 10th 2014 Al Tarrant said he would have my check on June 11th and would call me to come pick it up or mail it to me. Called him back on June 16th after NOT hearing ANYTHING from him, low and behold he was just getting ready to call me to let me know it would be 10 days before I could get paid for the truck they purchased from me on June 10th and in their possession since June 10th.

I would NOT sell them your vehicle unless they give you the check same day you give them your keys!! It was my fault for trusting the word of a car salesman but I can assure you Crest Cadillac will never see me again and I will let friends and family know what they did and HOPEFULLY keep them from giving them any business EVER!

I will continue to write reviews stating what happened until I get my money. JUST PATHETIC

Extent of prior damage not disclosed

I took delivery of a certified pre owned 2011 CTS Coupe Premium on September 30, 2013. My salesman was Bill Long, the used car manager is Mike Carne.

I asked for a car fax on this car and was never given one. I had bought 2 cars in recent years prior to this and had trust for Mike and this dealership. This was my mistake. I had pointed out to Mike and the salesman that the hood had scratches on it and that I wanted this taken care of.

Mike Carne had told me that was not a problem that they would buff them out when they cleaned it up for delivery. They were more interested in delivering this to me since it was the last day of the month so the issues were not taken care of. Since that time I was not able to get back, my mother passed away and I was out of town for 2 1/2 months. I returned and made the appointment to bring my car in for its oil change.

While away, I noticed that there was condensation in my right headlamp. Matt was my service advisor, they put me in a loaner and while installing my new headlamp damaged the front bumper cover. Mark the service manager informed me that this happened and that they would take care of it. I thought since the car was there they may as well take care of the hood too.

I was told by Matt that Mike Carne was refusing to do this. I spoke to him today and he has conveniently forgotten about this and never wrote up a "we owe" sheet. I just cannot believe that I am being treated this way. You cannot tell me he doesn't remember this.

I am sure he told Bill Long the salesman to forget it too. I was told by the service manager that the front bumper has been painted twice, right fender, the door and there are tape marks in the door jam on the right side. I have lost all trust for Mr. Carne and now don't even want this car.

I paid good money for this car and was planning my next purchase to be the CTS "V" Coupe. I am a trusting person and was a good customer and I am just lost for words and so upset that they won't take care of this. I am only asking that the hood be taken care of and was treated rudely by Mr. Carne.

They never even detailed this car and was delivered it to me dirty inside and out. I could feel the dirt with my hand on the exterior of the car. I was even forgiving of that and brought it back at a later date and at that time, someone in their dealership put a nice size dent in the left door. I agreed to dent wizard as I didn't want the paint to be disturbed on the left side too.

So they kept it a few more days and again it was given back to me dirty. I used to love this dealership and their service department but now am have a total change of heart because of Mike Carne. I don't know if you can do anything to remedy this problem and will give you the opportunity to help me. I am the collision estimator for a dealership in Charlotte County and also worked 30 years for Allstate Insurance Company, I know the importance of excellent customer service and I'm sure that's why I am so disappointed.

I know how easy it is to say "I don't remember" but I do and just want my hood taken care of and am willing to forget the other things.

Please call me to discuss if you wish. My best contact number is 941-830-****

Sincerely,

Lilly Alexoudis

Misled me to break lease for $2400

I went to Crest Cad. in Venice,Fl.

for my oil change, Joe Popp origianl salesman approached me to talk bout me purchasing a new car since my lease is up in Feb.09. I told him I xould not afford a new car. He said that I had wondays befoe Oct,17th to break the lease and get a refund of over $2000. Je said this was my money and had nothing to do with Crest.

He called me and started to put pressure. I went to a used car dealer Encore and put down $4500 towards a used Toyota and went to return the car and get the refund thar is when the feathers hit the fan. He changed husn story and so I have to keep the Caddy ill 09 and I lost my money on the Toyota.

theynwould not give me the refund and blamed Joe for misleding me. I have driven a Caddy since I was 16 uears old.Now everyone feels sorry that the us car business is going under I wonder why after being treated like this and no one would listen to me
