Poor Customer Service

We are buying a new residence, using a VA Loan. We went through our local bank, and went through the whole process. A final closing was scheduled for 06/21/2013, at 12:00 p.m. in Lafayette, LA. About 10:30 a.m. on 6/21/2013, someone from Crescent Mortgage in Atlanta, Georgia decides that they do not have enough time to complete the loan paperwork, and will have to be rescheduled for the next week, without any regards for the time, money, and effort that has already taken place for the move process. What really bothers me most is that they had the loan paperwork for 3 days, and they wait 1 1/2 hours before closing to tell us. The really bad thing is that we have already closed on the house we are selling. I called Crescent Mortgage at 1-80*-851-****, and was blown off by the person that answered the phone.
