Over charge
I recently purchased a gun for $517, but I am being charged $1,300 with payments of $107 for 12 months. If I only spent $517, my payments shouldn't be nowhere near that.

I'm not sure what happened. I was trying to get approved but I didn't really find a clear answer.
That's why I called the contact support center.
I'm still waiting for them to get back to me so I know what I need to do. I'm waiting on them and I hope that they respond quickly.

They appeared to have honored the early out agreement with me, but I will double check with my bank to see anything suspicious occurs in the next few days.

I’d and social security number stolen
Someone hacked my account Id and social security number stolen and bought gun items online.I contacted morterey and told about the theft.they wanted me to send a copy of my drivers license I sent to them 3 times and they wanted police report but police told me they needed a address so they could contact the local police.I also sent monterey a certified letter with a copy of my drivers license plus I got a return each time they said they never received all of this.I also told that the items were shipped to my address.however I called gun buyer the company that sold the items.their shipper said the gun was shipped to Arizona my is in Utah.monterey needs to thier fraud team person to get off their fanny.all they have to do get the usps tracking number.it would lead them to the crooks.also the Florida shipper contacted credova and told them I wasnt the buyer.the general attorney is sending me paperwork to investigate these crooked companys.I will not pay for item that someone else bought. Relax have a snicker.

Several things you need to do. You need to file a police report in the municipality where you live.
Take your ID, credit card affected and something with your SS# on it(copy tax return, w-2). Also print out the charge from your online statement and any info about online company. Then contact the credit bureaus and put fraud alerts on your file since SS# is compromised. Dispute charge with credit card.
Let them know you have police report etc. ask for new card. Contact online company where purchase was made. Let them know about police report, fraud alerts filed etc.
They may ask for copy of ID or credit card used. That should be more than enough to win dispute with credit card company.

Rude, deceptive, scam company
They Refused to do anything.
Do not use Credova Financial Company. They are a scam.
They tell you one thing and then do another. They charged my mom 2100.00 after 4 months when the purchase amount was 950.00!!! They are a scam company
DO NOT USE THEM.
When I called to complain the person was rude and condescending and yelling over me. Terrible customer service.
They don't care if you are happy with them. They are arrogant and snotty and shafty

Won’t let you reapply after getting approved the first time
I just don’t understand how they can approve you for 2000 and one time pay it off in two weeks. What you used was never late then go through there a little process of waiting 15 days going to reapply and getting denied.
Got approved for $2000 loan. Got a couple things with it paid it off waited 30 days went to go reapply cant even get another loan with these guys.
These guys are a joke and they give you the runaround why they cant give you another loan but yet at the beginning, they give you a big loan big *** waste of time and on top of that I wasnt ever laid on. My payments are paid off early.

They took the money from my debit account even though I gave them a call that my purchase did not want thru and the said purchase was cancelled. Now I am still waiting for my refund, It was now more than 5 working days.
