Wrongly placed my badges in personal account,need help to move that badges

I have recently completed my certification for AWS cloud practitioner and SysOps admin for AWS. But to earn the badges I wrongly created account with personal email. I want to move my badges from cerdly personal email:monali11dpatil@***.com to email:mopatil@***.com .Looking for fastest response.

Cannot sign-in to your company page and confirm my email so I can get my Badge
I have contacted Scales Agile several times and they have opened tickets to get this resolved. I am unable to confirm my email with your company.
You send me an email to confirm my email address When I click the "confirm" button it takes me to your company page that asks me to sign-in. I DON"T HAVE A PASSWORD.
When I try and change the password it just takes me back to the same page where I don't have a password to sign-in. Someone please call me and let's get this resolved.

Regarding Credly password
Good morning. I am Rodhe Rani studying final year of BTech.
I recently created account in Credly to claim the certificates of Cybersecurity course which I have completed few days back. But unfortunately I forgot the password of my Credly account. When I'm trying to change the password by clicking forget password,I'm not receiving mail to change my password.
How can I change my password when I'm not receiving any mails from Credly? Why am I not receiving mails from Credly?
