I do not know why creditspring had put a bad reference against my credit dip when I dont even know what this is about I tried contacting credispring numerous amount of times but no answer

Loan application

I cant seem to get to talk to anyone, Ive been blocked from their emailing system after wanting to talk to someone about an application, tried ringing on many occasions and the voice mail keeps saying staff are on training, not very good with their customer support. Way is it so hard to get to talk to someone.

Iam really annoyed with this company Im being stopped 10 pound Ive had no loan and get no answers from this company I am going to phone the ombudsman on Monday and trading standard to see if they can sort this out x

Hi , I didn't get anything but creditspring stole 10 pounds from my account. I'm not interested in this *** and want my money back otherwise I will complaint of fraud and spread it on social media.
