Refund, for monies they took out of my account unauthorized.

You all have taken money out of my account with out my permission and I want a refund. This account was canceled in March but I was charged April and may.

My experience with credit score, was a bad one.

I'm so pissed off so bad I can't see straight. You would think that experian could have live people answering the phones for them, but no it's a automated system that SUCKS the dam thing won't transfer you to any one and to to it all off, it couldn't find me in the system, how funny is that, but you can take money out of my account. How can you do that. My card is direct express your not supposed to be able to touch those accounts, but guess what even with the card locked they let the thing go through.

So the only dam way to get ahold of them is through an email. Since when can you have a business and not have a live customer service agent? Especially the credit bureau, I mean everything has gone to *** when in America you can't dispute something and get your money back and i live on fixed income. It's not right, and I for one am fed up with it.

I guess I could file a lawsuit for bad business practices. I've reported it to the bbb and federal trade commission. I called all 7 numbers and couldn't get any one.

Thank you pissed consumer. Don't do business with them.

My phone was turned off so the only access I have is email at this time however they still keep trying to charge my credit card every two weeks for $9.94. They’re in debt to me now for around 60 bucks no response no nothing of course I am disabled female widow and live on barely enough money to survive. This is just not right.

On September 4, 2022 I was playing at dottys #56, and having a few drinks. I went to the buy cigarettes and when I came back my wallet was snatched up by a very intoxicated older hispanic male!

I only managed to keep my ID because I used it for cigarettes. I lost $347, my social security card, my go2bank card, my cash app card, my wells Fargo debit card, my grandfather's 14k Cuban link, and a folder peice of paper with my pin numbers on it.
