They are running a pure con. Take your money with promises that they will fix credit.

They cannot fix credit, so that's financial fraud. Then they give you nonsensical advice, and that's just part of the con. Then they tell you it's not their fault, also part of the con.

Look them up on this site under Creditlineiq, and Credit Line Financial. It's beyond me why the State of California has not shut these characters down.

I joined creditiq about 1 year ago through Jose Fernandez and signed up for auto withdrawals for $100 a monthAnd he had advised me to save around $12,000. At the time I had been making payments on a chargeOff I had for $9000 he advised me to stop paying that and made me believe he would deal with our creditors that I had owed.

In the first six months they sent me two or three credit reports showing my credit improving due to credit cards I had taken out. After about seven months my credit had gone up a little and we had a conference call it seemed to be going OK. He then gave me a script to read to one of the creditors I had in In collections. I was a little baffled because I thought their company was going to help me pay cents on the dollar and negotiate for me for the fees I was paying.

But I went ahead and follow direction from him and paid that $300collection off. Then within one week the old $9000 charge off Had went to a collection agency and they wanted $13,600. He then gave me the same script to read. My wife and I then became frustrated and asked him about them and negotiating because he did miss lead us to think he would negotiate this prior to becoming a collectionHe said he thought it would not go to collections.

He then convinced me to go ahead and move forward to read his script to the collection agency in which I had no luck on lowering very much.He then advised me that his debt settlement department could handle it for $250 and 20% of what he saved me. He said it would take up to two monthsOr my other option was filing bankruptcy. I needed to pay this collection right away before it was reported to the credit bureau’s So I ended up paying the collection $13,000 With out his debt settlement department at this point I thought it was no use to continue to pay creditiq For any service Due to the fact I just paid thousands more on an account and still had other collections and charge offs And I did not want to take credit IQs advice anymore and decided I would just pay all my debts ASAP. Then wrote a letter explaining why I did not want to continue with their services from the unilateral mistake they made by telling me not to pay that charge off.

They did not want to take any blame or make any apologies. They just said they can’t control what creditors do. But I explained that Jose counseled me not to pay that charge off which I was making payments on in the past before it went to collections. They said I would still owe money for services they have provided which was them sending me my credit report which I can do on my own.

One week later they sent me a notice that they would give me a $50 up charge fee if one of my credit bureaus was locked which I had no idea about that frustrated me very much and made me believe they just want to make money and nickel and dime you for fees. That’s when I started to research them more and found out the address on the contract We agreed to has a fake address from what I can tell 73 Ray St. Pleasanton California seems to have a different business located there. I also started to research Don Oberle Who was the CEO they wanted to put me in contact with which I never gave him the time of day after researching his name online.

They had a online meeting set up which I never attended and I haven’t heard from them since. I have reported them to the federal trade commission and to the postmaster. And I am considering further legal action.

Issue: Violation of California State Ordered Consent Decree to never perform credit repair within the State of California. Origin: We researched this as a result of being a dissatisfied client of Donald Oberle.

We became suspicious of false representations and business practices. We then researched public records, putting two and two together. Donald Patrick Oberle appears to be in direct violation of his consent decree. Where the State of California has forbidden him to ever engage in credit repair or real estate related activities etc.

As part of his Felony Identity Theft convicion. Information Sources: public records search Narrative: Mr Oberle appears to have ignored that countersigned court order (which included imprisonment, probation, fines) continuing with apparent complete disregard. In addition to his breeches of the consent decree. He appears to be operating his business in violation of multiple State of California licensing and registration laws.

Directly after the consent decree requiring him to never perform Credit Repair in the State of California, He immediately created the alias of “Don Oberley” to continue forward with his business. In flagrant disregard to the consent decree forbidding him from doing so. Directly after the consent decree he created the new unlicensed unregistered business name “Credit Line iQ” to continue forward without a moments delay. In direct disregard of his signed dissent decree and signed order of probation.

Evidence: On our payment to Mr “Oberley”. We noticed the business name charging was “Creditline Financial” via Bank of America. The very same company ordered to shut down by the earlier consent decree. Evidence: https://credit-line-iq.pissedconsumer.com/review.html Evidence: https://web.archive.org This resource website documents Mr Oberle’s credit repair websites in continuous operation from 2000 to 2019.

Years 2000 to 2009 creditline.org Years 2010 to 2018 creditlineiq.org Years 2018 to 2019 creditiq.org Evidence: There are no State of California registrations using any of Mr Oberle’s aliases, nor his business names. Since he was forbidden by court judgement to do business in the State of California. History: [1] Mr Oberle is a twice convicted felon, Grand Theft and later Identity Theft. (Identity theft alias of “Dominic Borlini”.) Now using the alias of “Don Oberley” to representing his unlicensed financial services.

[2] Mr Oberle received his 1st Felony Conviction - Grand Theft in 1991 Hillsborough County Florida. Mr Oberle left Florida For California in late 1991, generating Florida probation violation warrant for leaving the State of Florida. [3] 1992 Shortly after arriving in Costa Costa County California. Mr.

Oberle acquired a Misdemeanor Conviction - Domestic Battery. [4] 1992-**** Mr Oberle then created fraudulent alias documents in the name of Dominick Borlini, complete with Florida Drivers License, SSN, Bank Account, Credit Cards. This alias was used to represent Mr Oberle’s company Creditline Financial at the address of 1631 Monument BL Concord CA 94520 (now renamed and operating undocumented as Credit Line iQ). Mr Oberle acquired 4 Contra Costa County moving violations presenting false identification for his alias Dominick Borlini.

This combined with multiple credit card charge offs (Dell, Nordstroms in evidence), and fraudulent cell phone bills (Cingular) as evidence. Resulting in Mr Oberle’s 2nd Felony Conviction with Imprisonment - False Personation / Identity Theft in 2006. The Washington State victim stated that her Social Security number may have been fraudulently used for many years. [5] During Mr Oberle’s years in Contra Costa County according to online Contra Costa County court records he acquired an incredible 64 moving violations?

Including excessive speed, reckless driving, suspicious circumstances (related to the use of the name Dominic Borlini). [6] 2005 $74,000 CA State lien for pocketing employees CA unemployment insurance payments. ref: CA LC 3722 (b) [7] 2006 $500,000 Civil Judgement against Mr Oberle for illegally operating a credit repair company and performing unlicensed real estate and mortgage transactions. [8] 2006 $234,000 IRS lean.

[9] 2007 Judge Edward Jellen in denying Mr Oberle’s $236,000 punitive damage claim. Judge Edward Jellen found that Oberle's oral testimony was "contradictory," "unpersuasive," and "unconvincing." (page 3, lines 8-9). Stopping short of charging Mr Oberle with purjuy for his testimony. The court therefore held that Oberle "failed to prove that he suffered any consequential damages" and was "not entitled to an award of punitive damages." (page 3, lines 6-7 and 18).

[10] 2006 Mr Oberle dissolved Doso inc, the original holding company for Creditline Financial, to escape paying his Civil Judgements. Renaming his ghost company Credit Line iQ and then CreditiQ. [11] Mr Oberle immediately after his felony conviction for false impersonation, immediately committed the felony of false representation, by creating a new alias of Don Oberley. Which Mr Oberle has publicly used for financial presentations and transactions from 2006 until today.

The change of Oberle to Oberley is explicitly intended as a fraud to receive the financial benefit of misrepresenting his background. With a direct goal of providing misrepresentations to prospects, clients and web searches. Signing hundreds of financial agreements for substantial value using his AKA Don Oberley. ref: CA PC 112-117 [12] Since his 2006 convictions and judgements.

Mr Oberle has been running Credit Line iQ as an undocumented entity. Without fictitious name fling, State/County/City Business Licenses. State LLC/INC registrations. ref: State/ County/City fines due [13] 2015 Mr Oberle left Contra Costa County for Orange County.

Under investigation and continued pressure from Contra Costa County District Attorneys Robert J Kochly / Lauren W Wixley. Mr Oberle now runs his high profile credit repair business, under the AKA of Don Oberley in hiding from his Orange County CA home. Mr Oberle still operates his financial services business CreditiQ, unchanged in open violation his 2006 Judgements. [16] Federal/State violation: Not rendering services for the term of the paid in full credit repair contract. [17] Federal/State violation: Refusing refunds to credit repair customer - failure to provide federal refund rights statement - failure to provide refund form.

[18] State Credit Repair Services Violations ref: Prohibited Practices (CA CC 1789.13, 1789.17, 1789.19(a).), Requirements Relating to the Information Statement and the Contract (CA CC 1789.14,1789.15, 1789.16), Register with State Attourney General (CA CC 1789.25), Obtain and maintain $100,000 Surety Bond (CA CC 1789.18) [19] Mr Oberle, We believe holds our Credit Card data and Social Security numbers, unsecured and undeleted. We believe that this is possibly true of his other clients as well.

This is in clear violation of both Federal and California laws with fines of $50,000 per incident. ref: Identity Theft Enforcement Act.

I just canceled Them from doing auto withdraw after 1 year of service In which Jose Fernandez advised me and gave bad advice which lead me to pay creditors thousands more. They made it sound like it was not his fault even though he told me to stop paying on that account when it was much smaller.

But once it was a larger sum he offered to do debt settlement for$250 more and %20 what they would save me from the collections. Theirs other things I can mention. I believe they use fake address on the contract as well. I googled it and it is a different business at the location.

73 Ray st pleasanton CA.

I hoped they don’t try to send me to collections. I’ve reported them to the FTC and will be writing them letter letting them know I will be moving forward with any legal actions I can.

It's the California Attorney Generals office, as well as the Orange County California District Attorney that you should contact.

Did Jose pray with you at the moment that he took your money from you? Sure he did.

That's one of the most discusting parts of these peoples con job routines. Just a routine they run when they close a sale with their victims.

CreditiQ Org - Illegally operating business will steal your money.

This is a bump because the company has changed its name and website from Credit Line iQ to Creditiq.org.

You can find lots of documents about these *** at this other pissedconsumer.com link for their old name.

https://credit-line-iq.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html

Read the document attached showing they have been banned by the State of California since 2009 from doing exactly what they are still doing today (fake credit repair). It's entertaining reading.

Looks like the permanent ban from engaging in credit repair by the State of California was because of a 2009 felony identity theft conviction related to the company by the owner?

Illegal operation, running a very well orchestrated criminal 'long con'.

Bad people pretending to be nice people to take your money.
