Resolved: You lost my payment to my CC as it has not been applied to my CC yet.

My first problem is CUTX, You have no people to talk to in Customer Service. I sent a check to CUTX to pay off my CC, and the payment has not been applied yet.

You require a check you don't use ACH for bill pay JMO STUPID!!! on your part. Or maybe just too complicated!!!

Anyway is my check on someone's desk or did it fall on the floor what happened to it my payments have always been posted on time. What was the $4504.29 too much for you to handle???

I dare you to actually call me!!! Again you send a code so impersonal!!!
