I paid into this service faithfully and most of my issues with my credit report were not repaired. 2/3 c tree sit reporters still have Al the same derogatory marks against me.

Customer service is the best. Especially when you are not in the mood to even to discuss your already bad credit (lol). I just hope the word is kept because out my money and trust what was told to me.

So I was informed of everything I needed to do in order to finish up with my account. I also learned about the credit builder program.

The guy was very helpful, answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease. After reading some of the reviews, I was very concerned, but I do feel like Im in good hands and I think patience is a virtue.

I hired them to get my score up to 700 and to tell me what I was doing wrong because I make good money Over 100,000 a year plus my Social Security. They kept charging me and charging me after I asked them to cancel and no one would explain to me why my score has gone from 650 down to 560 This is just been so much stress on me.

Don't help with credit score and tell your personal information to the lenders. Furthermore, the communication is horrible

I spoke with a Austin and he assured me I would be updated regularly on my account progress.the only communication I've had shows where you took my money. Someone needs to contact me by phone text or email.

Had months of using the service I canceled my subscription over a week ago and then today seen it charged to my account still after I spoke to two representatives to make sure it was cancelled. Also they did what they are supposed to do negotiating your credit report to take off anything they could challenge.

Yet I have not heard from anyone since the first day I signed up.

Supposed to be reports to me so I know what's going on. Everything is ok yet customer service not happy to see I was still charged

This is a dishonest company at its core. I paid $140 for 4 months without any positive results.

I asked for my money back in accordance with their warranty. They called next day saying they lifted 1 late payment which makes my warranty invalid.

They are liars and cheats.
