The long recording at the beginning of the process after saying yes to the original agreement was boring and I lost interest in what It was saying. I'm not totally sure the agent I originally talked to said or told me that there would be a monthly payment charge, or if the recording said anything about it.

It wasn't until I went through most of the 22 pages of documents that were sent to me via email that I found out the monthly payment charge of 99.00 dollars. The financial representative I talked to was helpful in the fact she listened to what I said and understood my objection of the payment, and found a resolution the worked for both myself and the company.

They scammed me

I went to call a legal team and credit sage apparently answered. They started going over my collections accounts.

Then was asked to give up $350. I said no way. They offered their "service", which was never really explained, for $199, so I did it.

My bank investigated but I was not refunded my money by Credit Sage or my bank. They ate very shady!
