I wrote a really nasty review about him earlier, apparently there was a huge miscommunication, but Don absolutely took care of the problem immediately!

I had written a nasty review earlier, due to the enormous miscommunication period so I take back that review and I'm going to try and figure out how to take it down. However I just want to let you know, and I'm not easy to please by any stretch of anyone's imagination! Don took care of me exactly as I wanted. Thanks DonI would definitely, say, I'm sorry Don about the ugly review I'm trying to figure out how to take it down.

it's unfortunate about the huge miscommunication but as long as everything was taken care of that's what counts that's why I'm writing another review! You are the bomb and I do mean.... The bomb.

Don Oberle aka Don Oberley has continued for the last ten years to operate www.creditlineiq.org without missing a beat. Ignoring the signed State of California consent decree judgement forbidding him to do so.

Here are documents I found online describing his two felony convictions.

Including his signature of acceptance of imprisonment in the most recent False Impersonation case (Identity theft). There are more supporting court docs if you look.

I think that he is operating out of Southern California now.

I’ve worked with CreditLine for 2 years and I say my credit score jump 200 points well into the 700s. I couldn’t be more happy.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. CreditLine IQ has been helping my Mother with her credit this past 12 mos and she has had a massive increase in her credit and now has opened a new credit card to help build her scores.

Don Oberley's real name is Don Oberle. Don Oberle was sued by the Contra Costa District Attorney for running an illegal credit repair scam in Contra Costa County in California.

On June 17, 2008, Don Oberle was permanently prohibited from being involved in the credit repair industry. Attached is the Consent Decree, signed by Don Oberle that bars Don Oberle from being involved in credit repair.

After the Consent Decree was executed, Don Oberle moved out of Contra Costa County into neighboring Alameda County and started up his credit repair scam under the new name of Creditline IQ.

Attached is the Consent Decree from the lawsuit filed by the Contra Costa County District Attorney against Done Oberle.

I used to work for Don. I do think he is genuinely hoping to help people.

Unfortunately, the results are mixed and money is not returned for poor results. Anyone who tries to sell you a product to improve your credit score is scamming you. This is particularly sad since it targets people who are already in financial trouble. I quit this job once I learned the truth about "repairing" credit.

There is not a quick fix for damaged credit. You cannot pay someone to fix your credit in 45 days. Bottom Line: Good credit is earned as a result of responsible financial decisions.

Live within your means and pay your bills on time. You will see the improvement in your score.

This is yet another company that can help you get your credit scores up etc. Well this is the second company we went to and after hearing our story they and the gentleman that helped us was more than happy to say 45 days guaranteed we will be at the right score or you can cancel and have your money back.

After much going back n forth and back n forth we decided ok let's do this. 45 days and cancel sure. We we desperate at this point. Yada yada....

45 days passed.... scores were not up to par. Do you want to go forward... this is what you can do...

i can't do this.... after going back and forth again for 3 days... we said no we do not want to do this. We are done going down this road and we are no longer doing any business with you.....

WELL HE SAID OUR DEPARTMENT HAS ALREADY BEGAN WORKING YOUR CASE AND WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS DAY AND WE SHOULD HAVE YOUR SCORE UP BY THEN.... I said again no you did not have my permission to run my scores or continue with my case etc. I am not doing business with you. Then come to find out they charged my credit card for another round....

I was pissed and began emailing and calling daily. Then they credited me and a couple days later charged me again.... so I began emailing and calling again. They said how about we see if scores are up and then we decide I said again.

I am not doing business with you any longer. Again and again I emailed and called. No response. No one knows what the other is doing over there.

That is how we ended up having our case reworked when we said no. No one answers the phone or emails. It is probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with in my life. After they again ran my credit without my permission and scores were not up to par still after they were supposed to be fine after 45 days they sent an email saying they were going to credit us.

I am still looking for the credit after a week but wanted to get the word out there that CREDIT LINE IQ ***! Even after hearing my sad story of losing my home.... losing both my parents less than 90 days apart.... among other things these people had no heart at all or compassion.

Just disregarded me as a person all together and went about there day. OVER IT! FREAKING IDIOTS.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM PEOPLE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. YOU CAN DO IT ALL YOURSELF.
