Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Delayed payment was honored.

Due to medical reasons I asked for a two month relief on my car note. I was told it was approved so I was relieved that I didn't have to worry about that since I have so many important things to take care of.

They say they will follow up with you on 24-48hrs and they never do. (No email, no voice-mail).

One day before my due date they call me and said it was not approved and they were expecting payment. I've been a customer with great payment history for over 5 yrs and do not deserve his type of service.

Preferred solution: Skip Payment for February
