Right after creating this review the company (knowing their business' practice is illegal) removed the derogatory remarks from my credit score with intent to hide any evidence that may prove their illegal actions. They are using their business to help other individuals...

This office's agency took on a debt collection account illegally as the person who is being held responsible for the debt was never served to be able to appear in court and defend themselves and the other persons who co-signed in the alleged debt was not served nor held in any way liable for any amount of the debt. The company added on excessively high fees (for the already illegally acquired debt) right before knowing the debt would be paid off. The debt was paid through other means than the collection agency and this agency is still reporting to trans union that debt is owed, and the amounts don't even add up to what mathematically was reported by this agency. Their website states you can email them and the site just loops you around into the endless rabbit hole, and you never find a contact email, they just want you to create an account which no logical person would want to do so already experiencing the illegal, immoral personal information seeking practices they use to justify making money. There is no way to confidentially contact them without setting yourself up for stalking and harassment, either through this office site or their other location. The not being able to contact them legitimately is a way to further defraud people, so the company is able to add on more fees because you cannot contact them because they don't want you to. This is fraud all together, all around. Just look at their reviews, I'm not the only one. Would give zero stars if possible
