Lied to me about sending final cast so I could ok item.

Received picture of the body and ok'd that one.

Received full cast picture and asked for changes and they informed

me it was too late. Not honest and totally doesn't look my friend.

So, Disappointed.

Don't order from them.

I was told I would receive a review of the bobble head before final casting. Only received review of the body not the head.

I ok'd the body part thinking I would get the final head review.

When I did receive a picture of the bobble head and asked for changes, they told me it was too late. Just total bull.

Paid die the bobblehead and doesn't even look our friend!

I received a bobblehead on a platform that had discolored blotches, scratches and uneven texture in spots. I made customer service aware of this.

I sent pictures! The "artist" that did the work blamed shipping. No way that is possible. They suggested sending a new platform for me to switch out!

I did not feel comfortable doing that nor do I feel it is my responsibility. I requested a postage paid label to return. That was several days ago and I am not receiving any response. I have nothing to give my daughter for her graduation lunch.

I ordered well in advance and also placed two more orders before receiving the botched job.

I am really hurt and have nothing good to say about this company after what appears to be ignoring my request to rectify this matter. They have my money and have chosen to flat out ignore me.

Thanks to Molly and Amber's exceptional communication, sending proofs and pictures of the design and painting, enabling the buyer to approve or modify the details during the process. The bobblehead certainly exceeded our expectations when it arrived, both safely and timely.
