Was not able to put through a call to cancel the subscription, need your help, please. How do I proceed? I want to talk to a person!

Answer my call!!! Im trying to cancel subscription.

Cant reach anyone. Requested code to reset password but by the time it shows up in my email the code has expired.

Please help. This is ridiculous

My account was cancelled due to billing issues when I gad bank fraud. They reactive my subscription and said everything would be back to the way it was.

My account is missing over 60 class credits. The phones are not being answered and the email response said how to fix the billing to reactivate which in my help message told them it was fixed but credits were missing.

No one is helping. I want to redeem the credits in case they go bankrupt with Joann.
