Worst company!!!! Stay away please
I placed an order back in June, two months before my daughter was born, and she's already two months now and I have yet to receive my baby's crib set. I've tried numerous times to contact them both through email and phone and NOTHING.
Worst part, they charged my credit card already and I'm in the process of disputing the charge since I have not received my order.
They did not reply to any of my emails and did not provide a tracking number. I tried to contact one of their sister websites and was told the order numbe I received was from 2006!!!
I ordered wallpapers in mid-August and never received anything.
I ordered some wallpaper borders from creativehomedecorations.com online in mid-August 2013. I didn't receive anything yet but the money was drawn from a company called "Creative Home Fashion", although the company according to the BBB is registered under "Creative Home Accents, LLC".
Today, 10/02/2013, I checked the company's website www.creativehomedecorations.com. It is "Under construction", meaning it is off-line. I found the company's phone number and called, but it was disconnected. The website is registered by Craig Homegardner. So I searched for his phone number and called him, but no answer. To me it seems to be a scam company.

I ordered a comforter set and matching sheets in late May of this year. After getting the runaround for 2 1/2 months, I finally got an email saying my items had shipped, but they provided no tracking information. I was told my items would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Today, I attempted to contact the company to find out where my items were, or to at least get tracking information.
The toll-free number I had been calling was DISCONNECTED!
And now their website is "under construction"!
I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. When I initially placed the order, their website told me that they wouldn't charge my card until the items shipped. That is a load of BS! They charged my card the same day I placed the order! Hopefully I'll get my money back. It wasn't a LOT, but I was really looking forward to getting my new bedding in.
This company is a SCAM!!!!!
Never received order for nursery room border!
I ordered a room border for my nursery on August 21, 2013, it is currently October 7th, I still have not received the order and they have charged my credit card. I tried to contact the toll free number and it is disconnected, the website now says it's "under construction".
I am in the process with my credit card company to get the charge removed since I have no way to contact the business, nor have I received any information pertaining to my order since it was purchased. The website is registered to Craig Homegardner, which sounds fake to me.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau with my complaint. My husband is an attorney and we will be taking further action as well.
Paid...yet no product and no refund.
Ordered a quilt set on Feb 6, 2013. As of August 14th they still have not sent the product or given me the refund I have asked for three times.
All I get is "I will turn this over to customer service." Yet no refund. I paid for a product that apparently the manufacturer no longer makes. Home decorations knows this, so why won't they refund my credit card they took from? I am so angry and frustrated.
I recommend no one ever does business with these shady people. I have never had such a bad experience with buying in my entire life.
They are blatantly just stealing money. They have no right to keep my money.
ROBBING THE CUSTOMER
Two months ago I placed an order for a rug I had seen in a boutique. The company never notified me that there would be a delay in shipping.
After two weeks waiting and no activity on my bank account, I assumed they were not filling my order. I purchased the rug from the boutique. Today (two months later) a duplicate rug arrives from Creative Home Decorations. They refuse to take it back unless I pay 30% restocking fee and the shipping.
I find this outrageous and a dirty business tactic.
They do not respond to emails. AVOID THIS PLACE!
No Product and Still No Refund
I ordered an item for a baby shower that showed as in stock. Within a week I received an email stating it was on back order.
They said it should be shipped within 7-10 business days. I received another email stating it was still on back order. I called to cancel the order because I would not have received it in time at that point. Needless to say after 2 more phone calls and 2 more weeks, i still have not gotten my refund.
They keep telling me they are sending an email the accounting supervisor. So they have had my money for over 30 days. Something tells me this is going to be a long road! I'm sure a call to the BBB is in my future!
By the way, I ended up ordered the product from Amazon and had it 2 days later. Should've just ordered from them in the first place!
Months of waiting, no refund
I ordered something in November 2012 and was never informed that it was out of stock. I had to email or call many times to be told that it was out of stock, that the manufacturer was overseas, that the product was being manufactured, that the product had shown up as shipped to me although I had not received it, etc.
Every time I called it was a different story. I emailed customer service several times to demand a refund and got no response. I finally called customer service to demand a refund and I was told that they would have to process some paperwork that reflected the fact that I had never received the product although it looked like I had. I was told in May 2013 that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days.
Now, a month later, and over 7 months since ordering the product, I have STILL not received a refund.
SEVEN MONTHS and the issue is still not resolved. Absolutely DO NOT order from this website!!!!
Never got a refund
Lost 40 bucks on a lamp. It was out of stock, I asked for a refund, call them every week about 8 months later I still have no money.

Originally was going to buy the lamp as a christmas present. About a week later (REALLY, A *** WEEK?) they email me saying that the item is out of stock. I tell them right then and there to cancel the order, turns out they never do, I buy something else. Keep in mind this was back in september, i was doing some early shopping.
Honestly, this was beyond ridiculous. If I had a lawyer, I would sue.

Update as of 1-7 - I involved PayPal dispute department and we had a call with the merchant on 1-4 - managed to receive credit for $300 they said they had processed in july. with regard to the outstanding $600- The portion of the order they shipped me was returned mid dec with delivery confirmation - but they still haven't credited me because they say they first need to be credited by their supplier - which they tell me will be early this week - fingers crossed!
BUYER BEWARE - i bought a bedding set from this company (This company includes creativehomedecorations.com, creativebabybedding.com and creativeweddingstyle.com - same address and customer service phone #) back in July - $600 set. Still nothing to show for it as of December and they won't refund me because they shipped a portion (some throw pillows) of the order but now claim to be unable to fulfill the order (can't get me the comforter!!!).
you name the excuse we heard it - manufacturer issues, warehouse issues, shipping department issues, etc. They have spent the last 6 weeks claiming they have issues with Fedex being able to arrange for the return so in turn they are 'still unable to refund me' - even for the portions of the order never delivered! Complete fraudulent company with very poor business practices and poor customer service.
DO NOT do business with this company. I am finally giving up and returning items at my own expense today so i can (hopefully) get my refund but wanted other customers to avoid this scam!
Unhappy Customer
Ordered item over a month ago and still not received shipment. Called customer service several times and they gave every excuse in the book about why I have not received items I have already paid for.
This item was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Makes me sick to think I could have ordered it from anyone else and had a happy result. Tried to cancel order and said I couldn't, they had already ordered it from the manufacturer. What??
Why did you take my order if you didn't have it???? Just have to wait and see if i just loose my money.
I would never recommend this company to anyone!!
