Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Steve, who is by his own words, "manager, owner, 1st, 2nd, 3rd in command, I AM DONALD TRUMP" is potentially the most vulgar man I have had the displeasure of doing business with, and I suggest you avoid him and the wilting flowers his shop delivers like the plague.

To practice bad business and then verbally abuse a customer is audacious, and not something I suggest you risk being submitted to - which by Steve's behavior seems like a big risk. I was cut off when asking questions, insults were hurled at me, and the very rude man I was speaking with even threatened to show up at my place of work and harass me by calling the office. Not to mention the vulgar comments and insinuations about sex/my being a woman. I called to inquire as to why flowers were not delivered on the date they were ordered to be delivered on, yet was met by abrasiveness, animosity, defensive reactions, and downright nastiness.

Maybe they were just in a rush to have them delivered so that the other half of the flowers weren't dead by tomorrow? Half dead flowers delivered at the wrong time by a place owned by a total ***, "donald trump" wannabe?

Pass. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere before Steve makes you regret it like we regret electing Trump.
