They owe me money.

They rigged a finance agreement in my name after refusing my partner credit. When I refused to pay the finance they placed a levy with Land Registry and tried to take my house.
I SUED THEM IN COURT AND WON MY CASE AGAINST THEM!
They still owe me money which they are now arguing with me about again!

I received an email from Creation inviting me to download the new app.
This I did, and proceeded to log in, entered my email address, but had forgotten my account password. I followed the correct procedure several times to reset my password, but the OTP message with the required code did not arrive each time I requested it.
This has happened several times in the past and is most frustrating.
Can you please sort this problem for me?

I was on hold whilst waiting to speak to an advisor. Unfortunately I couldn't hold any longer as I am at work.

made payments and they allocated to wrong account now they send me a letter charged at £30. saying I have not paid when they took money off already!!
Cannot call them as all the calls are automated for account balance and payments only. Email bounces back too so how are people supposed to sort issues when there is NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH
