Placed an order but never received anything. Despite this, 11.95 was charged to my account via Klarna.
When I contacted Create, they informed me that they could not find any order associated with my email address. In other words, according to them, the order does not exist, yet they had no problem charging me. This is completely unacceptable. You cannot claim that there is no order while at the same time taking money from a customer.
The communication is contradictory and highly unprofessional. Very disappointing experience and not trustworthy at all.
