It is a great product

No complaints other than difficult to get in touch with them. I was trying to draw their attention to a con scheme running out of aol.

I did get angry when my dreambox was delivered.

It was in a huge crate and they wanted to make delivery without me seeing it. They would not help a 68yo small cardiac patient assistance in getting the crate off.

Both young men watched me struggling to get it open. I paid I think $500 for them to put it together it looks like they could take it out of the crate and roll it inside for that price.

Preferred solution: Get a different delivery service. One that cares about the consumer and is insured so they can help their customers. So I believe that huge heavy cabinet should be taken out of the crate and rolled into the house.

User's recommendation: Be aware of delivery practices and be ready to take it out of the crate yourself and do some assembly.

Masters at pulling the ole bait and switch! They offer 15% off your next furniture purchase merely to obtain your contact information.

Then do not deliver a 15% off coupon, but instead a $50 off coupon. HUGE difference when spending this kind of money on the almost $3000 DreamBox! Customer service is a joke.

Unresponsive, or very slow and argumentative if they do finally respond. It seemed like a neat functional product, but just cant support a business that treats potential customers very poorly.

Customer service is really bad

Since we bought the Dreambox in Create Room UK in 02/08/2021, which I believe is the highest price we ever spend in an online purchase, it became a weekly nightmare. We are surrounded by fears we will ever have it, since in 12 weeks we never received a word, unless a single mail with Merry Christmas (in 2nd August, the day we've purchased!) and nothing has changed ever since.

We do purchase online weekly, but we have never seen such bad service.

No contact, no estimate arrival.

We rely on periodic Google and social media researches to assure these guys really exists and that our money isn't gone. We have tried contact also by phone and it was never possible to reach them properly.
