HELP customer not being put first
- - Customer spent over 10k in 2020 and 16k in 2021 but cannot reach support.
- - Charged another year of membership with no benefit.
I am pissed I spent over 10k 2020 and 16k in 2021 but Im not an important enough customer to be able to call and see whats going on in my orders. They took the orders knowing they were being bought up and they managed to charge me for another year of membership (even though it doesnt benefit me any longer in the USA) but I cannot reach them. I get prompted to get on my account that I need to change me password but I have tried and tried and cannot get the link.
Please understand I can appreciate that they are working thru merging companies but to leave your customers in a lurch like this is awful and reflects on all of the the hosts and fenders they brought to us.

Cannot reach customer service goods ordered Feb still not recieved.
- - Ordered 2/2/22; no delivery yet.
- - Cannot contact the company; there were long hold times.
- - Goods paid for but not delivered; queue fluctuated.
Ordered 2/2/22 still no delivery, impossible to contact company, have sat on phone for 2 hours at a time, start at no. 40 then get bumped up to 50 odd then done then up.
Now getting a bit fed up with it.

createandcrafts customer service might as well not exist they never resolve a problem ie like where is my parcel all you get is a email saying someone will get in touch which they never do . Questions like where is my parcel other online shopping channels deal with it and it is solved one way or another wont phone because you will get a its with the carrier but dont know where it is or a email saying it has left the warehouse . so where is it shopping in Peterborough live in Essex they will lose a customer shortly if they sort thierselfs out quickly worst customer services cant say dealt with as they dont deal with it they are based in peterbough cambridgeshire
