Creamfields

I was Refused entry into the event saturday 24th aug, after arriving at 21.10pm, got sent to pickup area instead of all day parking, which led to me having to drive all the way backto main road to do a uturn, that made me late by 10mins, after driving 5 hours from scotland, i tryed to explain why i was late, and the security on north carpark entrance were rude and not helpful, even commented for me to have a nice journey home, sacasticly, my friends were already in creamfields after travellling down the previous day, the cost of my day totally ruined and a few hundred pounds out of pocket thanks, helen stocks

Hi, on saturday the 24th aug i travelled down from scotland to attend the saturday, after arriving at north carpark with my all day parkin sat ticket, i got directed to what i thought was the all day parking, it was the pickup & drop off area i had been directed too, i got told id have to go back out to main road, to turn to come back down to enter carpark, it took about 15mins to do that, so i never arived at entrance till 21.10pm, to which it was closed, i tryed to explain to security why i was late, and that i had just travelled down from scotland alone, as my friends were already in the festival, as theyhad travelled down on the friday 23rd aug, the security wouldnt listen to anything i had to say, was basicly pleading with them, ithen commented about my journey back to scotland, and the reply from security was have a nice journey, which was in appropiate comment, i was only 10mins late for entry, yet they thought it was amusing that i had to drive 5 hours backto scotland, iv been going to creamfields from the very1st festival, and that has put me of attending again, the money spent on tickets, carhire, fuel, dog sitters, and new clothes to attend, just to be made a fool of by the security, all for being 10mins late, due to being showed to the wrong area, a absolutely gutted to say the least, so much money wasted, and had been looking forward to it for weeks, but security were letin 4 other people geting through, they were rude and humiliation, thanks helen stocks
