It was fine and I totally understand. That's how fast CF expedited my order. It is the customer's responsibility to insure Third party payers, like Paypal, have our correct address on file.

Very stars!!! Can't get ahold of customer service and they sent me a broken *** piercing.... the ball went even stay on the end of it...
You guys sent me a defective piercing... the ball wont stay on at all... very possed cause i paid alot of money for it...

I made a purchase on this website, and my order was not processed for 5 days.
I attempted to contact them, and they informed me that the things had been shipped.
So I inquired about my tracking number, but no one responded. I had to insist on receiving this information, and they repeatedly ignored me.
I noticed that the things had not been supplied, and the worst part is that we are unable to file a complaint because the corporate police do not recognize their problem!
After a few attempts, I wrote a comment on their Instagram page, which they blocked because they know the service they provide is the worst.
I would not suggest this business to anyone.
Avoid them, peps!

Order 1466**** never came
- - The item hasn't arrived after repeated delays, over 15 days.
- - I requested a refund or replacement but received no response.
I told them many times it hasn't shown up and everytime I was told to wait longer I waited more than 15 days I feel like that's long enough I asked for a refund or replacement and again I was just told to wait longer and then when I emailed them again to demanding that they send me a replacement for a refund I never got a response back
