To Whom It may Concern
Had a birthday party for qty-8 2 year old kids and the boxes I got from the Walmart Kapolei, HI they were dry and dead as the day is long.
You cant imagine the devastation when qty-8 2 year olds had nothing to do on a Saturday afternoon at a birthday party HUGE HUGE HUGE let down. I would hope something can be done as the amount of money I spent it was also not pleasant especially when it never amounted to anything for the kids.
Me as a parent I have to improvise on a Saturday so I bared the expensive of taking them all to a movie - a HUGE expense not planned for or expected.
Also, the website is absolutely horrible as well - filled out the forms 3 times and all 3 times it faulted out so I had to retype everything - can you guess how happy that also made me... yeah well atleast your consistent with product & service

UPDATE as of 9-26-2022...
Kylene from CRAYOLA sent an email this morning with apologies and went sooooo far out of her way to offer to reimburse me for the following:
Qty-1 Crayola Coupon for $10 off a Crayola product and birthday banner with so small crayons...
What the ACTUAL *** is she thinking...??? This is absolutely a joke and these people are not even willing to replace the markers that were *** but issue $10...??? Please oh pleas tell me what you can get with $10 from Crayola - has anyone actually looked anywhere... I have even at Walmart - a decent box of crayons is $9.99 - a box that has more the 10 crayons or something small you get from a restaurant while waiting for food...
These people are an absolute joke...what she offered was a basic insult and will be treated as such I even offered to provide her with a receipt for taking all the kids party she ruined to a movie along with their parents as chaperons for a whooping total of $308 versus the amount for the markers but I didn't fail my kid CRAYOLA FAILED CRAYOLA FAILED CRAYOLA FAILED - I wouldn't urinate on them now if they were on fire... good riddance to them and there *** customer service... a bunch of party wreckers and now its out here for all to read & see and if anyone would like anymore details feel free to reach out to me and I will be more than happy to provide..
