Took inadvertent double payment and will not refund

Very poor customer service, and tend to lie or skirt the issue. They have been well trained to lie to the customers and not carry through on anything that they say. I was told that they would return the check. I was then told that they would refund the card and after two weeks I have given up. I tried to work out the amount with an additional purchase which they apparentlly are not going to honor since I have not recieved an invoice or other indication that the order was processed. Apparently everybody in the office has been sick at the same time or on vacation. This place sucks.
