I'm considering cancelling because of incomplete seasons and inconsistent catalog. On more than one occasion, Crave offers season 2 or 4 and not season 3 and 4.
Why would I pay if I can't watch the complete series?
For example: Will Trent (2 and 4 only), High Potential (season 2 only). That does not make sense.

Unable to sign in and they provide zero support despite advertising 16-7 availability. No answer on phones for an hour, no live-chat as advertised. No alternate way to sign in, can't even sign in using the normal password.

Card not working
- Support says they can't fix it for 2-3 days; Crave is down.
- Since Bell took over, Crave is the hardest and most expensive streaming platform.
They are telling me they cant do anything for at least 2-3 days so crave is down. Every one of my cards I have tried to put in to crave has been a hassle I have had to call and spend at least 30min with an agent that doesnt know how to fix it.
Crave has been to hardest streaming platform to deal with since Bell took it over. And the most expensive.

Same crap over and over 24/7. They have the TV lineup of repeated shows for over 6 months now. Most shows are crap.

I tried to find a way to chat since it is publicized, but I can't find a way to do it. I had to cancel my Crave subscription since I cannot access your site (movies, etc.) through my Samsung 2014 smart TV.
Is there any way to do this as I would like to subscribe if it could work? i.e. I have icons for apps like YouTube, Netflix, ... but not Crave?
If it works, can I access it through 2 devices using one device at a time, or do I need to upgrade the subscription to use several devices even if I use only 1 at a time? Thank you.

Preferred solution: I would like to get the app to use crave on my Samsung smart tv 2014. Very hard to communicate with them. Thwy say for example that I can get customer service chat but I could not find a way to get the chat going. Poor communications online.
