Sorry, your car was sold.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from crater lake ford, I was working with tristan, and things were going well, the standard back and forth; in the end, we came to an agreed price and were in the process of finalizing the paperwork and delivery. Then after three days of silence, I sent a message to follow up on an ETA and was told the car was sold. A giant waste of my time, a very disappointing outcome to what was building up to a very exciting purchase. If I could pursue legal action, I would, but nothing was signed. Just a "Handshake" agreement.

Underhanded business

I took my truck to Crater Lake Ford for repairs they installed a remanufactured OReilly IDM instead of a Ford part and didnt tell me or get my consent to do so. The bill I received showed a Ford part number and didnt reflect anything different than the Ford part. I do not want the remanufactured part in my truck and when I questioned them I was told Ford no longer makes the part. I told them that Napa has a brand new part and if I would have been informed of the situation I would have told them that.

No one sent a return label

I received a falsely advertised 100% organic cotton comforter but it turns out it was filled with polyester which is a major toxin and the shell was not organic. I contacted customer service to get a return label for the box so I could send it back for a refund; they sent me a FedEx link which had absolutely no label on it I contacted them two more times asking for the correct label and no one has responded to me for two weeks

Loss:
$79

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Look closely at "natural" and "organic" bedding details for kids bedding. Falsely advertised. Good luck getting a refund because they sent one erroneous return label and made no further replies to me asking for a new one. So I get to keep (or donate) the $79 toxic comforter that I don't want.
