Scam , they stole my money.i payed to be able to play games and now it doesn't work

So I downloaded this game and play it for a while just to get the feel of it and went ahead and put $20 on the game to play. When I done that the game has not worked since.
So it's pretty much like I put the money on there and they took it. The game was working fine until I did put money on the game and now when I try to pull it up it crashes or goes right back to home screen.
I paid $20 to be able to play their games and I can't play the games I can't take my money back off of this app, they pretty much stole My money and I left a review and they hadn't reached out to me I don't even know how to reach out to them or I would. You know it seems like there would be something that we could do about false advertising or putting money on a game and then them taking it the way they took my money is ridiculous
