Cancellation
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. It is close to impossible to connect with them and there is no way to actually speak directly to anyone.
They charged me for an entire year of service and I am certain I only signed up for one month.
My grandson wasnt using the site, so I chose to cancel. I expected to pay for the 3 months we used, and they refused to refund the rest. They have no integrity.
I plan to complain to the BBB. What is your site doing to expose this site?

I loved this site, and used it all of the time for my students. I have the paid account, and I have written multiple times about the games not working with no response. They state that they will respond within 24 hours.
Preferred solution: Fix the games.
