Other than their terrible "word spinning" they use where the titles and content make ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE, and the fact that it takes a week to get a content change made (they started posting content with incorrect information that gave our salespeople HUGE issues until it was corrected. Too bad they had no sense of urgency to actually correct their mistakes), our big issue with this company and Preston Garrison is that they stole $1100 from us towards the end of our relationship with them.
Their service stopped working ENTIRELY, and they admitted to us they didn't know when the service would start again. We had spent thousands with them and had $1100 of unspent funds left in our account. We asked for the funds back so we can market elsewhere. Preston Garrison, the owner, flat out refused.
Poor communicators, sloppy, over-promisers, and thieves. That's what these guys are. I'd recommend to NEVER use this company. Horrible experience.
