Like you care!!! I can find my account. Ive emailed, Ive called - thats the biggest bunch of crap with those ads!

Resolved: Missing purchased lifetime videos

Dear Craftsy,

Some of the lifetime videos I had purchase are not included in My Classes. I have to go through my archive to check those at the top of my head.

The videos are the following:

Craftsy Scam

Craftsy is a scam. They lure customers in with cheap membership fees to get payment information.

They will not take prepaid cards. They continue charging your payment without notifying you. Their website FAQ states that they do not issue refunds at all.

I signed up for Craftsy on October 21, 2021. I cancelled my membership a week later and made note of it in my calendar, because I did not receive an email from Craftsy to verify the cancellation.

They have continued to charge me the $97 membership fee since then. I did not receive any notification of charges from Craftsy since October 21, 2021, not even in my spam/junk folder. Their representative Joan verifies that there has been no activity on my account since October 2021 and that they have been continuing to charge me. When I logged back into Craftsy today, I saw that my membership was switched back to 'active'.

I cancelled my membership again and closed the window.

I still did not receive any verification from Craftsy that the premium membership has been cancelled. When I log back in a little while later, the membership is again switched back to 'active'.

Subscription cancellation

I have automatically been charged £112.01 for a subscription renewal.

No renewal email just charged!

I cant afford this. Please cancel subscription and refund the cost.

Unauthorized charges
