The instructions in the booklet to sandwich the plates are not clear. They have a picture of a pink or hot pink plate.
I inserted the one that is that color, and it got tipped with holes because it was for embossing. Good one!!! My first time using my brand new machine, Gemini II.
Also, I called Gemini II, and it's impossible to connect with the company. All I got was no one available, and then the phone line got disconnected.

Hi there.
I live in Canada and am Crafter's Companion customer for a few years now. I have never had any problem with my shopping/shipping and I wanted to know if I could use the Gemini II in Canada... just curious about the North America Version title.
To my surprise the agent who picked up the phone told me that they don't deliver this machine to Canada.
So, my question is: why the Gemini II is called "North America Version" but CC doesn't ship to Canada.?
Canada is part of North America also, isn't it?
I'm disappointed.

i heard tons of bad things about this company skirting away from warranty returns, i got lucky i guess and she told me this once, they will process the warranty for me even though im the one that did it wrong and caused it to mess up. so thats wonderful news, theyre going to fix my machine for me! yay!

Gemini won't work
- - I was cutting with my Gemini when the machine stopped.
- - The plates and metal dies are still in the machine and it did not start after overnight.
I was cutting with my Gemini some metal dies and the machine stopped. I took it to a different electrical outlet and it still did not work.
The plates and metal dye is still in the machine. I waited overnight hoping that it would start the next day but it did not.
I tried again today, but it did not work. I dont know what the problem is.
How can I get pieces that are missing from a cc kit I purchased

A couple of craft days ago on HSN I ordered the Say It With Style kit. I think it was the todays special.
As many of your customers probably do, I ordered a lot and wasn’t ready to use it right away so it has sat in my craft room. As I am now at home recouping from major surgery, I decided to get started on myChristmas cards. I opened up the kit to make a banner for the front of my cards and was SHOCKED!!! Half of the kit is missing.
I am heart broken. I have not called HSN because it has been over 30 days. On the front of the box it lists what should be included. Here.
Is a list of what is actually missing: 8pc stamps (156 sentiments), 1 pc stamps (10 sentiments), 1pc 5.75” x 3” stamp, 1 pc pocket wallet, 1pc magnetic die panel, 2 pc die storage wallet, 5pc stamp panels, and 1 pc binder. As you can see there is a great deal that is missing!!! Please is there anything that can be done to replace all this so I can use this kit? I have been a customer for many years and have always been more than pleased with CC products and have never had anything like this happen before.
I look forward to hearing back from someone with a solution to completing this kit so I can begin using it. Thank you for your time and trouble in dealing with this.
