CRAFTD London - Going in circles

I have been email Craftd Costumer Support Centre since the 17th of January 2026, and the issue with my exchange is still not resolved.

I have received the original order, two rings, on the 11th of January 2026.

On the 13th of January 2026, we have sent both items back to be exchanged for smaller size.

On the 17th of January 2026, we have received our delivery, but only with one item.

We have been emailing the company since then, requesting for the other item to be sent to us, but with no luck.

Costumer Support Centre is keep sending us proof of the delivery, however, no one is addressing the issue, that the only one item was exchanged and sent back.

Below is the last email from them, sent on the 23rd of January 2026:

Hi Maro,

Im sorry to hear about the delay with your refund.

Ive flagged this with our finance team, and your refund should be processed within the next 1-3 working days (excluding weekends).

Thank you for your patience, and if you have any further questions, feel free to reach out!

Since then, we have not received further deliveries, emails, or a refund.

When I placed my order, I tried to purchase expedited shipping, but the site wouldn't allow me to do so. I was assured the package would be dispatched within 24-48 working hours.

My account shows that it's been dispatched. However, the USPS says the label was created but not given to them yet. Therefore, CRAFTD London did not do as they said they would. When I contacted them via email, they said they were experiencing slow delivery times due to the USPS.

In reality, they have yet to give the item to USPS. It's now eight days before Christmas, and there's no sign of me receiving the package by 12/24/24. When I inquired about it again, I was told that if I hadn't received it in 14 days, they would resend it, give me credit, or a refund.

To make matters worse, I can't even cancel the package, so I may purchase something else from a more reliable company. This company lacks integrity and character, nor do they take pride in their business.
