Food poisoning
- Fell ill with stomach pains after a burger at Stores Pub Harbourn.

I had a burger last weekend at the stores pub harbourn Birmingham,after I was feeling very ill I was in bad stomach pains for 2 days after,having raised the issue with landlady, Charlie ,she said it was nothing to do with the burgers and has now banned me from the pub that I have used for over 15 years,the landlady and her husband are selling hotdogs and burgers over the weekend ,even though they haven't got a food licence ,no signs for food allergies,I think this is disgusting behaviour ,could you look into this please, before someone gets seriously ill

- Landlady's mother at Robin Hood Inn showed attitude when asked for lager snakebite.
- Monday she refused.
- A coworker charged £3 vs £2.75; I am barred.
I want to put in a complaint about the lanladys mother at the Robin Hood Inn in Swinton South Yorkshire.
Everytime i go in and ask for a pint of lager snakebite consisting of half of carlsberg lager and half of strongbbow cider she gives me attitude about not wanting to pour that drink and making me feel awkward infront of my friends.I went in on monday and she refused to serve me that drink...i have never caused any trouble in there when drinking it i dont understand what her problem is with me.
Also when her co worker served it to me she purposely charged me 3 pounds when it should have been 2 pounds 75 pence which caused me to think im being harrassed by the barstaff.
Its always been my faveourite pub to go in and they are ruining what should be enjoyable for me...Now everyone laughs at me when i go in the pub...I am extrememly angry about this situation as if they cant be friendly with customers maybe they are in the wrong job!!!...just to add to this the landlady has now barred me from the pub

Because I complained about a staff member I have now been told I'm not allowed to go in anymore.This is very frustrating as its my favourite pib

Land lady from elephant and castle
