Consumers are not pleased with Billing Practices and Customer service. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.

I placed an order online in December 2015. Although they took my money without hesitation, I have yet to receive my order, or a refund even after numerous emails and telephone calls.
I even contacted the BBB without help. My order still shows "PENDING"!!! My next step is to contact the state attorney general and lodge a complaint.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY!! You will regret it as much as I have and as much as other consumers that have been ripped off by these people.

I sure wish I looked up any reviews before I placed an order with this company. I placed an order on 12/12/15 and it's still "PENDING".
I have emailed, I have called, and I get no response. They had no problem charging me for the merchandise I never received, but now I can't get the money back. Stay clear of this company!
I would understand if the items were back ordered, but they aren't, they haven't even processed the order! I am going to write to the BBB next and hope they can get me some satisfaction.

A totally non-responsive company
I've had pretty much the same complaints as all the other potential customers on this site. I placed an order on 4 Oct 15 and received email confirmation almost immediately.
A week went by with no further response. I emailed them asking about if the order had been shipped. No response. Another week went by, I emailed again, I filed out an online inquiry form, I called and left a message, I tried to chat.
No response to anything. Every day since then I've emailed. No response at all. My order page says "printed" on the same day I ordered, then nothing.
A big black void of nothing from this company. With a little research, something I should have done prior to my order, I found complaints for this company going back many years. Apparently nothing has ever improved. This is one company to totally avoid.
The prices are great, but only if they actually fill orders, which apparently they don't do on a regular basis. I would have a lot more respect for them if they would just return my email and say it's not happening.

Orders not received, backordered items not sent, nor response to emails.
I have 2 orders that have Backordered items on them from over a month ago and have not received these items. I have emailed inquiring as to the status and no one will respond.
I have an order that I received a confirmation of shipped on 10/26/15 and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED it, and I have another order for almost $140.00 outstanding that I have not even received a confirmation on.
I have sent several emails asking about these orders and tried calling but no one will answer me. My Credit card has been charged for these items and I would really appreciate a response.
I ordered from this company last year and had great results.
That's why I ordered from them again this year.

Online Order Review
I placed my order may 28, and the status indicated it was printed the next day. Today is June 23.
No order. I sent two emails asking when I could expect my order. Both emails went unanswered.
Today I received an email that I was refunded because the product was not in stock. Their customer service is nonexisistant.

I finally received my merchandise, but only after I threatened to dispute my credit card charge and file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office. The email I received from the company (the first communication of any kind from them) said they held the order until out of stock portions were replenished. If that is true, they should have notified my that there was a back order and given me the option to cancel my order with them.
Placed an order on 01/04/15. No email confirmation.
Per web site, order was shipped USPS on 01/28/15 (no tracking number provided,) but has not arrived 10 days later and USPS has no record of this shipment being en route to my address. Web site's online chat is never available so I left a message but have not received a response from the company. I phoned the company during business hours but there was no answer. Horrible customer service!
At this point, I don't know if I will ever receive my order or if I have been defrauded of my money. There is another complaint about this company on Pissed Consumer that sounds similar to my situation.

I have the same situation as previous complaints. I wish I would have researched them first!
I placed an order on their website on 03/23/15 and received email confirmation that they received my order. On 04/02/15 I emailed them asking for status on my order. I recived an e-mail back saying it has now been shipped. I emailed back to please provide a tracking number.
No response. I tried to call several days later and there was an automated recording saying the mailbox was full. I then sent another email telling them that their voice mailbox was full and gave them my order number and asked once again for a tracking number. No response.
I have emailed several more times, called and left a message (they finally emptied their voice mailbox). No response.
I still don't have my order, and today is 04/16/15. I think I will call my credit card company and cancel the charge.

Craftkitsandsupplies.com Poor customer service - late shipping
craftkitsandsupplies.com. Although this company asked for my email address, they never sent an order confirmation or confirmation of shipment.
When I called to see if my product had shipped - it had - 6 business days after I had ordered. Totally unacceptable. The gentleman on customer service I could barely hear - they are some kind of small holding company (when I asked what company I had reached he said they are a lot of different companies). I recommend Oriental Trading Company.
Product ships next day, customer service is outstanding. The only reason I used this company is because Oriental was out of pink craft sand I wanted.
Now, shipment is not here in time for my daughter's party and I have to run out to local craft store.

I also have a problem with them... wishing I had researched them before ordering.
But.. if you used paypal..
you can dispute it and force them to either ship the item or lose their money. If you used a CC you can contact your bank to do the same thing.
