I ordered wooden puzzles on sale March 16th. I have yet to receive them.
I know it can take a while, but I wasn't given anything but a confirmation number after I paid. No tracking number. No order number. How do I know I'll actually get the puzzles?
I read about a couple of other people getting ripped off ordering puzzles from you.
Unfortunately, I didn't see it until after I placed the order. I want my puzzles or my money back.

I just received an order I placed in November 2025 for a christmas present. Obviously It is late and I ordered another one from a different place.
I want to return this. How do I go about it??
I ordered three blankets two sisters and one niece they were supposed to get one

I ordered three blankets. I ordered one for my sister one for my other sister and one for my niece.
They were all personalized well. My niece got hers. It was the size of a baby blanket and she not only got one. She got to my other sister got one the size of a baby blanket.
She just got one. My other sister got nothing yet. I got a notification. Her present was supposed to be there at 3:30 in the morning on Sunday and she hasnt received anything and I hope and pray that you guys did not give my niece two blankets and didnt send my sister one.
This is so embarrassing at Christmas time. Its so hurtful I will not be ordering nothing else from you guys and I will tell everybody I know to not even bothered with you. Ive actually run across another person that has ordered from you and got the same results.
What is the problem? You dont care to take the money but you dont want to do the order right And theres no way to track the order either so I have no freaking clue where it went.
