Dear Applicant. Thank you for your interest. Your resume as been well reviewed and I am interested in your service and will be glad to have you in my team. I would like you to know more about myself and my working life so as to know why your service is needed. My name is Bruce Fortenbaugh, I am a Senior Consultant with Charles Rivers Associates, As you can see, I am urgently in need of a Payroll Manager/Administrative Assistant. As a Consultant for the CRA Inc and a reputable entrepreneur, I was assigned to work on some of our sponsors who are aged and disabled on their various business to keep them running, which I also have to work as a traveling agency for other associates and I do travel every now and then within and outside the US working on various independent projects, this is why I need someone who can help keep up to date with all of my activities especially when I'm away and amidst my busy schedule. My previous Employee is unavailable for some private reasons and I'm keen on finding a replacement who is efficient, self-motivated, organized, a good communicator with an ability to multi-task under pressure I am keen on hiring a new employee to work on Payrolls and perform the following duties and responsibilities as mentioned earlier: 1. Making Drop Offs 2. Handling/Monitoring Payrolls Settings 3. Running Occasional Errands When Needed. This duties are something you can definitely perform within your prominent area and Most of your activities will be carried out locally while other official documents and packages will be delivered via courier services. You will be actively involved in my personal, business and financial life All you need do is to check your emails twice daily and keep your phone on most times in case I might need to call you from anywhere I may be. I will be giving instruction on what you have to do if you do not have any experience working in this state. The hours are flexible, I have it open for 3-4 hours duty with 5 working days Mon-Fri. (I can also work with your schedule if you have a present job) and I am willing to start with a sum of $850 weekly wages with other compensations and reimbursements on all amount spent on office supplies, transportation and other expenses.
