Poor Workmanship of two chairs

I purchased two very expensive chairs, the workmanship was horrible. I only received excuses, no solutions.
CR Laine said they would fix the chairs, false promises, I still have the chairs in my home.
My phone calls are ignored. CR Laine blamed the poor workmanship on the fabric.

- - Swivel chairs ordered at $2520 each.
- - Color and quality did not match store swatch and no response after sending photos for $700 restocking refund.
We also purchased the Track Arm Sofa ($2622) and this is what it looks like in 3 months. We are SICK that we are out $2622 for the sofa and $700 restocking fee for the swivel chairs and still no response from the owner and president of CR Laine. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FURNITURE!!!!!
We also purchased a CR Laine Track Arm Sofa ($2,622) the same time we purchased the Brooklyn Swivel Chairs and decided to post pictures of it also. This is what the sofa looks like after three months.

Ordered two of these swivel chairs ($2520 each). Not the same color or quality as swatch in store.
This is what they looked like in 16 days. Wrote CR Laine Owner and President and sent the attached pictures for reimbursement of $700 restocking fee & received no response. Unacceptable furniture and customer service!
Buyer beware. Next step will be to report to BBB, Washington State Attorney General, and FTC.
