Concerning order #09-09***-*****/1871****: I have requested a refund for this order multiple times. Filed a complaint with the Michigan BBB, which you never responded to,and so since leaving me with no other alternative, I have since then filed a complaint with the Michigan State Attorney General's office as well. you people after several times asking for a refund, while you answered me back many times with a lie, telling me that the money was refunded, yet my bank never had anything confirming this. You snubbed your noses at me,The Michigan BBB, and so now you will have to deal with The Michigan States Attorney Generals office now. So pay up asap or lawsuits will follow sooner than later. This is a *** company to hold back a man's hard earned money, and you can be rest assured that I will let everyone I know and everyone i don't know as to how low this sorry *** company is and you will never, ever get anymore business from me or my close knit friends and family.
