We have did a complete background check on this guy and Jim Hairston tried to pull a fast one on a judge in Dallas Tx regarding SMU. Further, we found by I P address Rice University, LSU of Louisiana and his live in Emily that they really go to town. Bogus postings to you know what. Jim you screw the IRS out of a lot of money.

You hire un documented workers and your whole operation is a fraud.

I used Jim Hairston of CPI Foods in Dallas Texas. He said he was qualified to handle my delivery needs but when I engaged his services and worked with him he could not get the job done even after being paid over $8,000.

Worse was that after trying to get Jim Hairston to respond he wouldn't so when I called upon him at the so called bogus

work front I learned it was nothing more than a sweat shop for illegal workers and money laundering operation. We met to discuss the business matter and he was under the

influence of drugs and who knows what. After contacting previous clients he provided I found a common story. CPI Foods was a big fraud and they were taken in too.

The same story is consistant with multiple people I have contacted. He used to be somewhat a good worker and found out that most of the time he would be using money that had to pay people to be going to his addiction. Jim Hairston is dishonest *** head.

The thing to remember about this company is they go to retail establishments for the goods. Hire or volunteer for the task and get the products with volume purchase discounts. This means less money out of pocket and more mouths have been fed. Kroger, Sams, Wal Mart, etc., That is what this guy does. Fold little boxes and packs

them. You can do this yourself with a lot less money and not have to worry about your identity being stolen or being over charged the boot. This person T. Smith or aka

We have used CPI foods from time to time in the past. Now we use another company for reasons being how un reliable they have become.

Damaged goods to not getting our shipment on time. Mr Hairston also lied about sending our order days before. he has taken our money and gave us partial in return.

We have lost a considerable amount of money and hope we can track him down. The driver told us CPI foods rides around picking people off the street with no experience to work at the warehouse that has limited facilities.

This company fraudulently obtained my social security number and other private information. They stated it was for the purpose of getting a 1099 out to me for the

work performed during the end of 2012. How would these people do that when they

hire legals in the first place. Try looking for tax records on this company. This is a

cash operation and that how you get paid. They staged a phoney theft only for me

to go and file a police report not the owner or management. After researching further

all of the addresses given in history from 4744 Gretna street to Greenville Ave the only pan out physical address is on Granada within the SMU campus area. I filing for a new SS number on the basis of we know what they did by the safeguards I have in

place. I'm asking for the code enforcement of Dallas TX to inspect the premises of this operation. Upon their findings I will post for everyone to view. INS also will have
