I have been paying for my cpap and supplies for 2 years. Blue cross informed me my machine was paid for after 10 months.
Blue cross denied their charges and they billed me instead.
Their rag head billing dept. cant speak english and I have told them they will not get their equipment back until I get a big refund check in my hand.

I received my CPAP machine in April. The respiratory therapist cancelled twice.
You cannot talk to a U.S. citizen when you call their number - phone is answered in Asia. Cannot talk to a therapist directly.
Asia tried to set up appointments in a city that was a four-hour drive away! They have no idea what they are doing here.
