Rude staff in London store. Still waiting for Full refund.
Customer service is dead your you never speak to real person. You send emails and that take 2 days for reply!
I have returned 2 items in the same box it came in and only got refund for 1 item. What is going on still waiting for a full refund 11 working days later!???

Hi, my name is David Walsh, and I'm from Birmingham, UK. I come from a construction background and have always been fond of, and purchased, many of your clothing items over the years.
However, in April 2016, I was involved in an accidental house fire in which I received 60% full thickness burns. I've now been diagnosed with sleep apnea. However, my dog managed to wake me up and I jumped into a taxi while still on fire. I was placed into an induced coma and had a 5% mortality/survival chance.
However, I've lost my career, my confidence, and suffer from PTSD and trauma issues. I would like to kindly ask for some items of clothing to start rebuilding my confidence/appearance in what has been the hardest and most challenging part of my life without a doubt.
I've appeared on TV on the BBC-published show called Surgeons: At the edge of Life showcasing my injuries and can certainly send evidence of these if needed. Please, please help me in this difficult time.

My son has purchased a CP Company jacket that he has only worn once and two of the fasteners have broken or come out of the holes. We are unable to repair this, unfortunately, given the need for a special tool and a lack of parts.
We are extremely disappointed, bearing in mind the cost of the garment. CP Company is not interested.
