Redundant questions

I'd prefer humans to respond to me, and act like they have already read my email, verses me having to send info over again. But I appreciate that the email told me where to find the information. So the second email, I sent Chris pictures of the tags on the chair and remote.

We purchased our Cozzia Massage Chair and love the chair and would highly recommend it but service and repair are truly bad. Cozzia has only one repair person for Southern Nevada and getting service is difficult.

We have sent numerous emails requesting repeatedly that repairs be done directly to Chris in customer service and repairs lasted only for short time periods and then again and again stopped working.

No replacement chair was offered to us when under 5 year warranty even though it repeatedly broke. I think the company acted in bad faith.

The product is great but if it breaks you are in for problems.

If they ever provide real customer service and honor customer requests it would be a good chair to invest in. Sadly this will not happen if you have my experience.

Preferred solution: Cozzia to honor warranty as last four repairs failed during warranty and now they do not be responsible for continued failure of there repairs.

Massage chair, not working power button is flashing massagers cutting out power shutting off

Chair massages lower back nonstop. No power on remote legs are stuck up in the air chair. Will not do anything else.

I bought my chair in July in 2022 in 5 months of having the chair the leg rest doesnt stop and go to that person height. Called for someone to come look at and they tell you all the things to do to try to fix it but you can tell them all the things you done and the chair doesnt work.

It seems to me that at this company they pass what youre telling them and pass it on to someone else. I wouldnt suggest to anyone one I know to buy a Cozzia chair and if I was in a furniture store and seen someone about to buy one I would tell them to beware all they want is your money. Customer service is very poor and youre the one thats going to keep on them until your issue gets resolved.

Because they never fix my problem

I have or electrical issues with my chair or control issues, I put a service ticket for more than a week and nobody call me, I called then last week and they said they are processing the ticket and now I have been calling for more than an hour and nobody answer the phone

Cozzia keeps sending out parts to fix my chair. None of them have worked so far.

To the tune of $500.

They refuse to send a tech out. Very Unhappy

Wear and tear

I am in my cozzia ag6000- 24/7 majority of the time.

I am seeking to purchase another chair.

I have have the sitting portion redone since I was sitting in ***

I am now sitting in *** again and the material is showing wear and lose of color.

I have no complaints really, but would have liked to have had a release switch to use when the electric is out.

I am not pissed

My chair is no longer working, the remote is flashing a 03. Don't know if I still have a warranty on the chair or not.

Tried calling your phone number and it states the office is closed although it is during their business hours.
