AI Highlights
  • - Payouts take about 15 days after collection on the 1st.
  • - Limited customization, late fees, or tenant tracking; considering another outfit.

The only real complaint I have with this company is the length of time it takes to receive my rental payments once Cozy sends me an email stating they have, on the 1st of each month started the process of collecting my rent money from my tenants. I get my money average 15 days later.

I have addressed my concerns with the company and they say they are working on getting the monies to the landlords sooner.

I will give them another month, but I am searching for another outfit.

They really do not have much to offer as far as customizing each of my tenants, adding late fees, or being able to track my tenants that are old fashion and want to directly deposit the rent in the bank. I still think getting the tenant to go to the bank themselves on the first is ALWAYS the best solution so you can get your monies the next day, not 15 days later.

Pros:
  • Quik response to email
Cons:
  • Cannot reach a live customer service rep on phone email only
Reason of review:
Problem with delivery

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
