Still have not received my second pair of Cozislides

I've sent several emails,have chatted with a cozislides representative named Kevin. Shortly after I received only one pair of my cozislides, still waiting on the other pair!

Sent you all an email stating my issue. Got response stating that my order had not assigned an order number, but was it was I'd be contacted.

Days went by so I text once, maybe twice more. Received an email stating that my package had been delivered on July 14,2030. Then asked me to check with my neighbors to see if they signed for it. That same email stated that it was delivered by the USPS.

But that's not possible because my roommate and I were home all day. I purchased those two pairs of Cozislides because my friend was going to Jamaica to celebrate her 50th birthday. That's why I ordered them on July 8,2023. I received another email from Cozislides saying that I needed a handwritten letter stating that I checked with my neighbors to see if they signed for my package.

Also they wanted me to fill out an PDF and send pictures of both the handwritten letter and the PDF. Which I did on July 23,22023. I have yet to receive another email pertaining to the handwritten letter or the PDF!

I would really like the flip-flop and slide-in style Cozislides that I paid $29.99 and $19.99 for. Will someone please respond?

User's recommendation: I usually don't leave reviews or comments but I'm highly pissed to not even have my email read! As you can see they had sent me my order IDs. They sent me me order id 223**** flip-flop flop styled but not my order id 223**** slide-in in style. And now they're not even going to read the text I sent them after just receiving order id 223****.

Problem with my order that was just placed

These shoe are not made wide enough, uncomfortable. My wife was told Kozi would send larger size at no cost.

This pair was to small. Just want to get shipping label to return these brand new shoes.
